Jon Boden & The Remnant Kings
In addition to appearing in Bellowhead and as part of Spiers And Boden, Jon Boden also finds time to do theatre work and perform as Jon Boden & The Remnant Kings.
It's a darker side to his personality, which in it's self could be considered a frightening thing. He's a thinker, but more than that, he's able to put those thoughts into a coherent vision and ultimately into song.
There are almost cataclysmic elements to his Remnant King work, yet he manages to keep the whole thing compelling almost beautifully so and maybe that's because no matter how dark it gets there is a chink of hope
I'm as intrigued as the next man as to how well he'll get this to work at a summer festival. If anyone can pull it off it's Boden and this is one of the few chances you'll get to see this anywhere
